MONTHLY
MEETING Thursday, April 3, 2003 - DAC ANNOUNCES “GOLD
MEDAL” APRIL PROGRAM. The
Dayton Adverting Club is proud to announce that on April 3, 2003, we will
partner with Inventing Flight to present a luncheon with JEREMY RAILTON, CEO and
Creative Director of the Entertainment Design Corporation.
Entertainment Design Corporation is responsible for producing many
high-profile international events including the 2002 Olympic opening and closing
ceremonies, for which it just won its fourth Emmy Award.
Mr. Railton will be working with Inventing Flight right here in Dayton
during the Miami Valley's historic centennial celebration of powered flight.
During our April meeting, Railton will share some stories from his
experiences in television and entertainment, and he may give us a "sneak
peek" into what we can expect during the Inventing Flight Ceremonies in
July. Other events are being
planned now in conjunction with this meeting, so stay tuned!

The Dayton Advertising Club is pleased to bring Bob Garfield to
Dayton. Advertising Age's noted ad critic will be in town
to promote his latest book, And Now a Few Words from
Me: Musings on the State of the Advertising Business from the
Industry's Leading Critic (The Advertising Age Series).
